Royal Poincianna Dade County Miami Florida Painting
Royal Poinciana kenpaintings.com
I like to paint these royal poinciana trees, they are difficult to paint with my knives because cadium reds paint is so thick and stiff, so it is hard to put in the layers required to get values. I use cadium red light, then mix in some alizarin crimson to smooth it a little and make it easier to use.
